Payment Guidelines

REGISTER & PAY BEFORE THE DEADLINES

  • Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the Important Dates.
  • All participant are required to register and pay their registration fee before the deadline
  • Pay before the early bird deadline to get cheaper rate!
  • The congress secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees, additional abstract (if any) and field trip. If not, the participant has to pay the remaining balance.
  • Kindly please provide a copy of your payment receipt to the ICES Secretariat by send it to ices.fos@ubd.edu.bn.

To Pay for Additional Abstract/ePoster:

  • Select “Extra Abstract/ePoster” and click “Pay” button.
  • Please provide your registration details such as your full name, email address and Abstract ID in Job Title field and click Process (Bank)” button.
  • Select your preferred payment method: American Express, MasterCard or VISA.
  • Enter your card details and click “pay” to complete your purchase.

To Pay for Field Trip:

  • Select “Field Trip” and click “Pay” button.
  • Please provide your registration details such as your full name and email address and click Process (Bank)” button.
  • Select your preferred payment method: American Express, MasterCard or VISA.
  • Enter your card details and click “pay” to complete your purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations must be sent to 
the ICES 2019 Secretariat, here.

Cancellation fees apply as follows: 

  • If cancellation made before 1st June, 2019: Full refund excluding potential bank expenses.
  • If cancellation made in between 2nd June to 2nd November, 2019: 50% refund (50% administration cost will be charged).
No refunds will be possible after the deadline.
