Greetings from the Faculty of Science (FOS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam. I am pleased to share our faculty newsletter for March 2017. Crafting Global Influence on Food Analysis

UBD researchers from the Halal foods group penned a review article titled “From market to food plate: current technology and innovations in Halal food analysis” which was recently published in Trends in Food Science & Technology, a journal with a five-year impact factor of 6.6.
