Faculty of Science is a foundation faculty of UBD and provides opportunities for students to major in six major disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Applied Physics and Mathematics. As a faculty strong in research, it offers graduates ample opportunities to continue their studies up to doctoral level in their chosen field of specialization. The B.Sc. degree programme has been designed to produce well rounded graduates who would possess cognitive and analytical skills who would be able to apply the knowledge to practical applications of interest. A large percentage of the Faculty consists of experienced and well qualified academics from all over the world. Our degrees are highly regarded by academic institutions overseas. Our GenNext degree programme is designed to equip the students with 21st century skills. The Discovery Year (3rd Year) is an unique aspect of our degree programme which prepares the students for the real world with hands on experience.
